Which live streaming protocols are supported?
We support any of the following protocols RTMP, RTSP, HLS, HDS, DASH, TS.
Do you support AVOD, SVOD or similar commercial services?
Yes, our platform is very flexible and can accommodate any type of multimedia project. Besides, custom developments are also welcome, as long as it helps our client reach the goal.
Do you provide SLA?
Yes, we have a minimum 99,9% SLA (standard), possibly going up to 99,99%, depending on your requirements. Our Data Center is a Tier III certified facility with a full range of redundancy and security options.
Is it possible to get only one of your services?
Yes, you can only get streaming or video on demand solution separately. In terms of hosting, please keep in mind that we operate our own data centers and have a full range of professional services in that area.
We already use another solution, how hard would it be to migrate?
Very often our clients come to us with previous experience in working with another provider and in some cases they would have years worth of data which needs to be migrated. That’s not an issue. We can help with migration of your data and provide full support to your development team in application deployment as well.
What type of support do you provide?
At implementation and migration stages of your project we pretty much become your team members and have real-time contact until everything is fully set up and operational. After that, we have a 24/7/365 monitoring team, who’s ready to help you with any technical issues via our ticketing system.
